Well Being There are ways to promote well being that are simple and inexpensive. It helps to give ourselves permission to 'be', to make space for ourselves, open to healing practices and to try to use these techniques in daily life. Things that help me are: Capacitar practices, Meditation and encouragement from mystics like Lady Julian of Norwich Meditation Learn how to meditate in a few hours, practise daily and attend a follow up session six weeks later. A Meditation Workshop can be arranged on a one to one or small group basis simply by contacting Denise Treissman using the Events Contact Form below Denise offers Workshops to celebrate Lady Julian's revelations of divine love and to enable people to experience the wonder of her words. If you would like to arrange an Experience the Wisdom of Lady Julian of Norwich workshop in your area or on Zoom, please make contact via the Events Contact Form below More about Julian Workshops You are invited to experience quiet time inspired by the writing of this fourteenth century mystic whose words,“All shall be well and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well” are as relevant today as they were then. Her treasure brings hope, love and encouragement. The workshop offers you time to slow down, hear Julian's words of love and wisdom, meditate, learn gentle movements to flute music with Julian's words in a beautiful peaceful space Comments about Denise's Julian workshops: "Great generosity with resources and helpful items/materials to take home. A useful blend of insight, reflection, silence, movement and sharing plus the words of Julian." "The gentle movement felt like a beautiful way to consolidate the rich teachings of Lady Julian."
