Wellness Workshops using Capacitar practices enable us to learn simple healing movements that can be used in daily life to release stress and tension. 'Capacitar' means empowerment, to bring forth life. It is training that draws from many cultures and wisdom traditions and is taught in forty five countries. Started thirty years ago by Dr Pat Cane, Capacitar is simple yet profound and is literally at our finger tips to help us through the stresses and strains of everyday life.
Ancient practices like Tai Chi and a range of simple holds as well as modern ones like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can bring peace and a real sense of wellbeing. A balance of movement and stillness, the practices are done to music and in a quiet relaxed atmosphere. that provide effective ways of promoting wellness. All provide a ' tool kit' of practices that are easy to learn and can be shared
